General Info: There will be a total of 10 qualifiers available throughout the summer all of which are optional. 5 qualifiers will occur on week days, 3 will occur on weekends, and 2 club championship rounds will again be optional qualifier opportunities. IMPORTANT: Players MUST inform RC Committee they are playing in a qualifying round before they tee of for that round. All rounds should be played with 2 other RC qualifying players. These players don’t need to have committed to the qualifying round but must be RC qualifying members. Tee sheet (Usually) doesn’t lie folks, lets make a point to be honest.”
Spots Available: 5 Guaranteed and/or up to 9 spots are potentially available to players with the lowest scoring average. Scoring avg. will be calculated based off a minimum of each players 4 best qualifying scores out of 8 available qualifying rounds throughout the summer
Spot(s) Stipulation: 4 spots are dependent on Club Championship results. See “Club Championship General Info” section. In case one or more of 5 – 9 lowest scored players has already qualified via match play, previous years club championship, and/or this years club championship the next best finisher(s) qualify
Ties: In the case of a tie for final qualifying spot after Club Championship, the tie breaker will be 18 hole stroke play if 3 or more people are tied. If 2 people are tied the winner will be decided by an 18 hole match.
Rang Games: For weekend qualifying events, the committee will be organizing an optional rang game. Entry cost will be $20 for any interested participants. ALL proceeds will be dispersed to winning players and in the case of no rangs won, funds will carry over to next weekend qualifier.

1. White tees
2. Stroke Play
3. Play the ball down, NO preferred lies
4. For lost balls, play everything as a lateral hazard. In collaboration with your playing partners decide where the ball entered the lost area and take two club lengths from location incurring a one stroke penalty from that point forward.
5. All holes must be entirely completed. The ball must enter each of the 18 holes played in order to record an official score.
6. If you are unsure how to proceed, you and your partners can agree on a course of action even if it is against the Rules, but you are not allowed to mutually agree to ignore a Rule or penalty. If you and your partners don’t agree on how to proceed, you should do what you think is correct. Your partners can then make a request for a ruling, which will later be decided by the Committee.
7. Putting out is MANDATORY and reattempting a putt after completion of a hole is prohibited
8. One other playing partner must record your score and both parties must sign the scorecard before it can be submitted. DO NOT have one player record scores for the entire group
9. IMPORTANT – MUST play with atleast 2 other Robinson Cup qualifying players. Prior to each round we will have a sheet with all participating players for that round, to help everyone find other qualifying players to play with.
10. IMPORTANT For weekday rounds there will be two optional days available for participants to play. Only ONE of those days per player will count towards Robinson Cup Qualifying. In order for a round to count players must identify to RC committee via email and/or text identifying they are committing to a RC qualifier round prior to the start of that round.
